offices in London and Sheffield, supplying AV equipment for hire for
your presentations, meetings, exhibitions, events such as fashion shows,
IT office equipment, etc.
Gordon's have a huge range of equipment which is constantly being
updated as they really believe that only the latest equipment will
do.
And shiny, new equipment is all very well – it needs to be on site on
time, with all the necessary leads and connections and someone who could
operate it in their sleep. We know this and offer it as standard, so you
can take it for granted.

Meeting Hire
For all your meetings and presentations, whether at your
office or your client’s, our central London and Sheffield locations
enable us to respond at short notice. We will supply everything from
flipcharts and pens, to projectors and screens, to plasma screens and
notebook PCs.
Large Events
Let your imagination run wild and our large events team
will put together the technology to bring your event to life. From
conception to planning to managing on the day, our large events team
will deliver outstanding results and make your awards ceremony or AGM or
fashion show or conference or any other sort of large event
unforgettable.
Exhibition Hire
For exhibition rental, ask about our special exhibition
packages – and FREE upgrades. We service both national and European
exhibitions and will provide anything from a single plasma screen to a
wireless network with internet access.
Delivery, Set-up and Collection
All our prices exclude delivery, set-up and collection.
Though if you prefer, you can collect from our Central London or
Sheffield premises.
Delivery and collection within a 3 mile radius, set
price for each journey.
Set up:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm charge by the first 30
minutes, then per hour thereafter.
Weekends and all other times charge per hour or part
thereof
Where possible, we aim to bring the equipment to you on
the day before your event starts and collect the morning after it ends.
This is especially helpful when events start early and finish late, or
if rehearsals are required beforehand.

Insurance
As members of the Hire Association Europe, Gordon Audio
Visual is pleased to offer comprehensive insurance against loss or
damage through HAE Insurance Services. By paying a premium equal to 15%
of the hire value, the equipment is fully covered against theft or
damage anywhere in the UK. This figure includes insurance premium tax.
VAT is not chargeable on the insurance premium. International cover also
available.
